The June CTTC Meeting will be Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 7:00 PM.

- Red, White, and Blue
- Show and Tell presentations should be 5–7 minutes in length
- Please take side conversations away from the train table as a courtesy to others.
- Feel free to help fold chairs at the end of the meeting.
- We’re looking for volunteer docents. Open every Saturday, 10:00–1:00
- Expansion is expected to open in July; we need at least 2 docents.
- Talk to Kal if you’re interested.
- Volunteer hours at the museum can count toward high school service requirements.

- Thank you to Jim Chiddix for his presentation on narrow-gauge railroading. Jim shared several On3 models and discussed the history and operation of narrow-gauge trains.
- Continued need for volunteer docents at the Bosse Toy Train Museum.
- The member questionnaire will be distributed again. Some members do not use Google Forms, so alternate methods are being considered.
- Thank you to Bob Sponsel as we recognize two years at our current club location.
- Fred Duerner noted that ten Ford Model A automobiles will be participating in the Stow House Old-Fashioned 4th of July celebration.
- Congratulations to Leo on his high school graduation.
- Kal reminded members that the June tradition is to bring red, white, and blue trains.
- Jim Felland — Several scratch-built units in different scales (ON3, OM3, HOM3, ON30) based on logging, plantation, and industrial trains
- Leo — O gauge Santa Fe 2350’s (two A units back-to-back), rerouted onto SP tracks due to a 1952 landslide near Tehachapi on ATSF tracks
- Connor — G scale 0-4-0 locomotive, wood/laser-cut kit, super-glued; working valve gear, valve rods, and firebox door; replica of construction locos used to haul rock cars
- Christopher LoMonaco — N scale Spectrum Model engine, plus two “rusty nails” (tie spikes) from the Grand Canyon Railway (1924–1947) — his uncle worked on that railroad
- Asher — HO scale “Hogwarts Express”
- Aiden — HO scale “Burlington Northern”
- Frank — O gauge Fairbanks Morse SP diesel engine, manufactured 1970s (weighs over 5 lbs)
- Irwin Nathanson will be firing up his live steam locomotive at the June meeting.
- Gold Coast Layout open house on Saturday, June 27.

- Kal Quinkert – TMCC Command Hub Application used by the Bossé Toy Train Museum to prevent excessive speeds and other undesirable misuse of the trains.
